CCOET (Chancellor’s Campus Organization & Effectiveness Team) met yesterday and discussed possible drastic university-restructuring scenarios to address the university’s ongoing structural deficit.

It’s clear that the changes under discussion would not create simply a smaller version of the university, but a qualitative sea change in the nature of the institution.
